@Brenden Mitchum I moved to Atlanta to stay with my girlfriend who is an Architect, I have a degree in Aerospace and Atlanta provides a great variety of options for me on that front, it is just a coincidence that my investing strategy is MF.

On the other hand, with my industry background and having worked with a number of Investor groups that flip, having a strong creative side (and a wife that is an Architect) and a strong eye for detail and will more than likely see things that others might miss.

I am also not an attorney, but as an architect we negotiate deals with contractors all the time.Also look at the AIA A101- 2017 Standard Contract between Owner and Contractor (https://www.aiacontracts.org/find) for how large contracts work.
