I'll buy dinner / drinks!

I'm just up the road in Erie if you ever want to grab a drink and chat REI.

If you and your husband ever want to get a drink and just chat over ideas let me know.

When my 2 boys and I go to one of our apt buildings to mow lawns, they see the nice cars in the parking lot with tenants playing on their i-phones while drinking fancy coffee.

I don't play golf....I don't go to sporting events very often....not part of a men's drinking/bar group.  

All in all I think I spent around $700 including meals, drinks, souvenirs, etc.I can't even begin to tell you how many times over I've gotten paid back from the connections I made there and the things I learned.

Show up, network, have a few beers (or whatever you drink).I had an emergency come up, so I will not be there.

We will talk to them next week so we can feature one of our properties to be funded through them.The NOT So GoodThe occupant of the manufactured home in North Ft Myers (that we just acquired 2 weeks ago) was found dead due to binge drinking.

@Jonathan Jackson and anyone else interested, it'd be great to meet for coffee or a drink one day in July. 

I'd love to buy any of you a drink and hear more about your experiences sometime.
