JScott and Vikram seem to have the most "critical mass" posts that have 6+ (or whatever the magic number is) posts.

A list of names will magically appear.

They are individuals who have shown a commitment to engaging in the forums every day and helping out, so a moderatorship is an "official" title that gives a few more magical powers on the back end to help keep things moving.

The name of the game is only get 1 offer accepted for every 25 you make and you will know you are getting the best deal out of all the offers you made.This is a method used to make offers on property without seeing them first, other ratios would probably yield results too but this one I've seen touted to be magic.

Unfortunately I haven't heard of any magical website that lists, "Buy my Apartment, no money down, seller carrybacks!"  

There are no secrets in this business; no magic bullet, secret sauce or mysterious knowledge that only a few key people have.

It is not a magic pill though.
