A sign was  posted noting the permission of the owner to arrest non resident loiterers.

He gave me permission to dismantle it.

His words were, "it's better to ask for forgiveness, than for permission."

would you know if this is even possible and or legally permissible? 

Will obviously require millions in capitol investment.My guess is it will take 5 years just to achieve building permission.

I bought a airplane hanger condo for ours and it is a cool set up and the couple of developers on our field that own most of the other hangers they do really well with next to zero maintenance.. and folks with airplanes pay their rent.. different class of tenant by and large.. and then many will with your permission turn them into little man caves or big man caves and some will never even put an aircraft in them.. they will bring their car collections RVs etc.I have also seen big RV storage developments not sure how those faired but interesting none the less.. but with the airplanes I know we have been in the same spot since 2004 and if we did not have the chance to buy it we would still be renting.

Nothing in drains, landlord will change filters monthly w 24 hour notice, must keep clean so no bugs, speak polite to landlord no curse words, no visitors over 2 days without permission, landlord priority parking, whatever will protect your property and sanity.

If you had permission then it's not "adverse and notorious" against the true owners and you wouldn't be able to get title via AP.  

The town hall had records of a permit applied to decommission it, but they could not find the actual permission granted or work done, as records were not well kept.
