My respect goes out to the moderator of this forum and to all the members.

Sometimes they stop, but many others just post the same ad over and again.Our moderators then sweep in and delete the posts.Some users read our terms of use and forum rules, and then upgrade their accounts to PRO.

Thank you, this is a huge help, especially for moderators.

Dallas is having some moderate appreciation that I am enjoying now but western Washington has much stronger appreciation and rising rents.For a duplex I would be having the tenants pay for their own garbage which is the norm around here.

When I get some free stuff posted (or decide to get a pro account on BP) I'll come back and link to it here as long as that's OK with the moderators.
