The 30 or so homes you’ve looked at didn’t scratch the surface and resting on one short sale will completely disappoint you.

Also surface is uneven so would think that could get tricky.Putting down a concrete texture from a hopper gun.  

Make sure the underlying surface is perfectly smooth.

Quartz or Silestone is best solid surface use. 

It would be nice to see a turnkey company offer 100% transperancy on the surface level.

What is the painting tricks for these surfaces as well as smooth walls? 

If you simply have several low spots on the roof that have ponding water after it rains in those areas, it can actually be fixed by building up the roof surface in those areas so that there are no low spots.

I was thinking about the possibility of having a digital lease agreement on a Microsoft Surface that could be programmed with required fields and signed right on the tablet.

Wondering what I am missing since on the surface it appears to be a great opportunity.

Doing a room takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and will leave you a fresh concrete surface that can be sealed, or preferably, epoxy coated for a good looking, basically bombproof floor.
