As Brandon Turner says, when faced with a challenge, you can do like most people: give up and watch Dancing with the Stars.

Trust me, 14 people are typing right now how they can happily shoot that thin, stinky, crack water from China they sell at Wally better than anybody, and perhaps maybe 1 out of 3 times you do get a decent result if the stars line up perfectly.

Many people feel the all wood cabin and bear everything is tacky and our property have many 5 star reviews that mention they love that it is not a dungy wood cabin.

If you are going to visit the area you are looking to invest in I recommend scouring airbnb and finding one that has many many 5.0 star reviews and mention cleaning in the review.

The area of town is seeing a TON of development (two 15-20 story office buildings two blocks away, 30 story residential upscale highrise with the cheapest units selling over 1mill, new four star hotel breaking ground in six months right next door and lots of highend dining and retail moving into the area.
