The answer is to fire the two guys and give or sell the homes to the residents.Most parks have a higher net income from adjusting the lot rent to full market and then shutting down the home rental empire.

This is not legal advice, just friendly information.Can't speak for the Canadian side, but the US structure seems wildly over-complicated and should be reserved for a sprawling real estate empire, not your first deal.

Today we drove the streets on the island and there is a massive amount of houses away from the beach that are VRBO (signs in front advertising such) and they are large and well kept, but limited beach access and no view.We'd stay in the beach front again rather than move inland.

So I’m not really worried about living quarters at the moment, just want to build an empire (so to say), something that I can work at for the rest of my life making money and managing everything without worrying that my boss will call me into work tomorrow.
