Challenges My initial plan was to development and subdivide into 1/2 acre tracts and owner finance them starting prices at 60k per lot plus a reasonable interest rate depending on how long of a term would best fit the buyers budget.

Our lease requires 60 and it also has an ELT clause, but again she says that she will complete the term.This is a new issue for us and do realize its a business decision.Any suggestions on navigating these waters, or do I have to get fitted for a Simon Legree hat and cloak.

I am under the impression that my best bet would be to try and find something off market and simply go birddog and distribute letters to the property owners whose property that I feel would best fit my criteria.
