I believe people will transition to LTR with time seeing the return on MTR is currently definitely lower than LTR due to utilities, furnishings, and in my case MTR PMWe have made far over 7 digits on this property so a little negative cash flow for a while is not going to discourage us.  

The model is to sell digital nomads on this idea "Live anywhere in the world".

Dont get pulled in by smooth talking Turn Key operators and thier slick excell sheets showing double digit returns.

I have a small business not related to real estate that generates about $2m/year; I also introduced him couple 7 digits businesses, so bank loves me for that.When I needed the financing for this piece, they gave me 6% interest rate, half point,  prime was 8.5%!!

When the parts break, they are cheaper to repair and replace than a motherboard would be for a washer with digital programming buttons (appx $50 for parts vs $900).Cheers,Melissa
