Any digital products/tools you're using with general contractors or on your own?

Hello everyone! I started my first flipping business and thought I'd ask this question here -

How do experienced investors with multiple projects manage to:

1. Maximize the profit, and lower the expenses and costs (Post property purchase) - any tactics? To cut costs, I get bids from several vendors, purchase materials, etc.
2. Organize all Invoices and documents - Making payments to contractors, Being notified when the next payment is due, etc.

I find it overwhelming to do so sometimes. What tools do you use to stay on top of these? Any specific tools to document the process or log the times?
