Aside from the fact that it not even possible, except on a spreadsheet to execute, the concept of someone emptying their bank account and then taking their paycheck and dumping that into their mortgage every month is not something I can comprehend. 

If your tenant cannot be there, then you or someone else affiliated with you needs to be.
