Does anyone know of an insurance company that would insure a vacant 5 unit apartment building in western NY?

In a western state where escrows are handled at the title company and lawyers are not involved...1.

If your looking for some help in the western West Virginia market, maybe we can do something.

My questions are:1) Does anyone have any recommendations for any local area Western Washington financial institutions that I should look up.2) Are there any institutions that are more flexible with LLC investing than others?

We also transact in all markets in the Western US so tough to pick out a "local" market as we have our hands in many of them.

Also please list any problems you've had with any company, or maybe grade them A-F, with "A" being the best.I use Western Reporting.

I would love to meet up with some other BP members in the western DFW area (Dallas if a long drive, but might be doable).
