Any Good Seattle Financial Institution to Contact For Pre-Approval?
A brief backround summary. I am in the early stages of getting into real estaet and I have been advised that knowing my potential borrowing power will help me focus my energies on properties I can realistically purcahse. My questions are:
1) Does anyone have any recommendations for any local area Western Washington financial institutions that I should look up.
2) Are there any institutions that are more flexible with LLC investing than others? For example slightly lower rates or are more amenable towards refinancing.
