I have tried:1. https://www.roofstock.com/get-neighborhood-rating >> Outputs rating in "1-5 stars", but doesn't always have property in the records.2. https://www.areavibes.com >> seems ok, but it will output up and coming areas higher than a well-developed area, so it's of questionable use.Any free ideas?

I got a GC to come in at that point and he did a great job with some rebar in the hole, then we filled it with some 6 sack from STAR (rolling barrel cement on a truck). 2 cubic meters of cement later, the job was done (probably $3k).

You also need to be available for quick communications to your guests.As you have your listing around for a while you will need to replace linens, towells, etc to keep driving that high revenue and stay competitive getting 5 star reviews on the booking marketplaces.Evolve can point you in the direction of 3rd party service providers for on the ground services, but many of them are mediocre.

Have you considered that if you purchase in VB (not in one of the STR zones), all the hard work you will have put into getting your ABNB/VRBO rating up to 5 stars will be thrown out the door when you PCS out of the area?
