There is no shortage of needs for three-bedroom apartments in Dorchester.

The biggest problem we have here is the huge housing shortage we have and the city of Eugene hasn't expanded the urban growth boundary for 40-50 years!!!

There is no shortage of land in your area, so land is cheap.

There's certainly no shortage of wholesalers in Atlanta, but you probably don't want to be flooded with deals you can't use.

However, I did hear from one BP member that there was a large shortage of vacation rentals currently available in Havasu.

Labor shortages, new building codes that are untenable, etc. 

So I have good construction knowledge and a pool of local contractor contacts.Finally, I also have some good RE Agent contacts in the market, but there seems to be no shortage of quality agents here as well.Thank you,Bob
