How long it takes to get to the public sale depends on each state and their rules/regulations for foreclosures.If you want to know about properties in default, you just have to watch for the public notices of default, which are published on websites and in newspapers by the trustees.

Second, my rental property is a condo, and it seems to be well published that I can deduct the condo fees as expenses, does this change since the condo fee provides some utilities?
