Interesting observation.

My observation is that many agents are great deal makers and bad payers.  

I have been reading and learning alot, while observing the bigger pockets community and love all the wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Ahhh, yes, checking back in on this thread and it continues to deliver drama and excitement, accusations, and evasion...thanks again for the entertainment while I duck my daily duties/responsibilities for 10 min.I will say, that as an outside observer that has no experience with wholesalers and some experience with realtors....Realtors, if you would hussle to get clients as much as these wholesalers, you would not have time to post to these threads, an probably be very successful!

Hi Mathew, house hacking is probably the best way to start investing in real estate while being on premises and observing and managing everything in person from day 1. 

But I am looking for people who can replicate/confirm my observations..

The technician said he observed over 50 property owners try to remove lead paint from a brick wall, and only 2 were successful in getting all of it off without total wall reconstruction. 

I suggest visiting local meet ups in Cincy and observing the action then aligning yourself with folks and strategies that work for you.
