Lawsuit from tenants for personal injury!

Glad to meet some folks in my neck of the woods!

In my limited experience in my neck of the woods, it all depends on the particular bank (or maybe where we are in the lunar cycle, lol).

Not sure how the banks are in New Mexico, but a lot of the REO properties around my neck of the woods have asking prices over market value, so I would say where i am, it's hard to find a good REO deal. 

$80k in my neck of the woods would get me anywhere from 3 to 8 units.

@Jarrod Hannon if you are in Princeton I would start looking closer to your neck of the woods. 

@David Kilgore I would recommend buying lunch for @Mitch Messer since he is in your neck of the woods.

You should be looking into nursing homes , and getting one of those buttons around your neck " I have fallen and I cant get up "I am 56 with a 9 year old and a 12 year old ,  I started those late , I try to buy one rental a year .Its too late only  when you are pushing up daisys 

I have to agree with John, Matt, well everyone but Fred, no offense Fred.I went to the library the other day and a guy was walking around with a tag hanging off his neck that said in big red letters "FORECLOSURE".
