Anyway, I'm grateful for the experience and am getting closer to doing a deal of my own.  

To me, it's imperative to gather not only numerical information but also stories and experiences that speak to factors like trustworthiness, speed, and reliability.If you've had the chance to interact with challenges along the way, I'd be grateful if you could share those experiences as well.

It is nice to really find out whats going on in market without having to learn the lessons personally and I am grateful for your willingness to share knowledge.I do have some follow-up question regarding your response if you don't mind: It seems that you find the tri-cities area to be more lucrative than investing in Richmond.
