Maureen this is delving into a discussion  that i typically dont have on a public forum. 

Unforeseen cost over runs, theft and construction delays can throw any project into dissolution (bankruptcy).Who is less likely to experience these issues--you are someone with deeper experience (???)

You just have to dig a little deeper and get past the big ones that everyone knows (Smoky Mtn, Zion, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Joshua Tree, etc.).

A couple pier footers did not meet compaction requirements when dug down 12", so when our foundation guy comes back to extend the deck footer, he will have to dig the others deeper and possibly take other measures to make sure they meet the engineers expectations.We've got the siteplan revision back APPROVED from the county!

So its going to be very hard to find them but keep doing so and emphasis on going deeper with the right people.

I'm in the process of evaluating markets outside of sweet home Chicago, and I found that one particularly helpful in identifying a handful of markets worthy of a deeper dive.

You will have appreciation and some other benefits, but I would dig a little deeper on this deal.

I think if I was just starting out in the job sector, id have deeper reservations about brrowing against my 401k.
