then he quoted us for a sewer pipe swap (iron to ABS) and jetting the iron sewer not swapped out that was in foundation a price that seemed ok ($1k for ~20’ already exposed Cast iron to ABS with 2 clean outs and jetting, his estimate was 4.5 hours (minimum) if things went well.

In recent years we have painted, replaced flooring, remodeled bathrooms (tile, granite, cast-iron tubs) , new appliances, new granite in kitchen.

I already feel like Brandon is practically my best friend as he has been talking to me for a while now thru casts and his books (I have been talking back, but fairly certain he has no clue).Thats all i got for now.
