Hello,
My name is Joel. I joined BP several weeks ago on the advice of a realtor, figured I should introduce myself instead of simply listening to the podcasts.
I've been a real estate investor in a limited capacity for a number of years. Began by purchasing a duplex in 2006. Lived in half of it for a number of years and continued investing by purchasing distressed single family homes. Initially my goal was to become a full-time investor with five years. Certain changes in my career and personal life have made me reconsider the timeline but it will happen.....eventually.
I would like to connect with other investors in the area to expand my network and exchange ideas. My search for investments hasn't gone beyond the MLS as of yet. I would like that to change.
