@Darin De Guzman just out of curiosity, why did you choose Denver for the sole purpose of rentals instead of a better cash-flow market? 

Out of curiosity I looked the Whitefish house up , its worth over ten times what I paid for it, and the extra lot was sold off to pay for my college education way back then.

just out of curiosity what do you think is going to cause a CRASH .. markets ebb and flow they have ebbed up the last 8 years.. they will level off.. but why a crash.. why do you think there is going to be a crash.. just because someone is talking about it.. is there something specific that you think will cause a meltdown and values to come crashing down. ??

I could borrow advances, as a loan and the loan was offset by earnings that accrued.

There's really no good reason to sell unless you want to deploy all of the accrued gains somewhere else.
