Although the market has been going up pretty significantly (just like everywhere else), the value compared to rental rates is still a pretty good deal.For books I highly recommend anything from Brandon Turner, and J Scott, as well as your standard investing and agent books; Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad Poor Day; 4 hour work week (for an inside look on the concept of build systems), and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.Happy Hunting,Michael
