Their deal analysis workshop was awesome -- education AND networking!

I've been to the city multiple times and this year I attended Janet Tonkins' Rental Cash Machine workshop at with the Baltimore REIA.  

... with monthly all-day workshops? 

1) A REIA for new investors to provide info and how to, like a workshop on whatever their niche is, perfect.

By attending workshops I guarantee that it saved me months and thousands in mistakes that I avoided from real-world experience and having someone to talk too.  

I have taken the Fortune Builders 3 day insider workshop and feel that the Mastery ( 12-24 month step by step mentoring and coaching program) might be a huge confidence booster and eliminate some of my fear. 

Could be a short weekend workshop, could be a business conference with tons of people or just smaller groups, who is organizing them and where are they going down?

Do you know of any local events/workshops to network with other real estate investors?

Then you can also look to your local NARPM chapters to find workshops on management laws and sometimes they have interesting speakers you may want to attend for.Good luck, and grow fast!
