I am a leasing manager in Rhode Island who is swamped with work and attempting to optimize my workflow.

This was great and I definitely need to create a calculation workflow to understand real estate deals and numbers in-depth. 

It will be my property manager executing it with all the tenants so I wanted to make sure that she was following a similar workflow for each tenant.

This product is free to use for 5 bots (workflows) and 250 actions (calendar entries) per month.  

Then follows the progressive workflow from offer to close.

@Josh Bowser we use a great platform called Propify and have internal workflows and SOPs, to keep our People and Vendors safe!

Even today we have two units almost ready with two interested tenants who should be pre-leasing today.The attached image is the spreadsheet to keep track of my workflow.

Here are a few I recommend:Accounting: Xero- great software the connects to many other systemsProject management: Workflow Max- there are a lot more, just a suggestionProperty Management: PocketRent reconciles rent and does reporting as wellMarketing: Really depends on your strategy but Hootsuite is great to automate general social media, RadPadDocumentation: Google Drive or Dropbox.

I think the basic differences that I've seen are the layouts and the workflow, as well as a feature here or there. 

Plus, there is no automation so even though we have workflows planned it is difficult to manage stages, responses, etc.All that is to say, we are trying to find a CRM (and more) that will help us store, parse and automate some of this.
