I've encountered the same issue with being "banned" from Face Book Market Place this morning.I posted a house for rent on Friday and received 30+ inquiries over the weekend. 

I have a 2004 regular cab silverado that I recently put on weekend duty after buying a 2010 toyota matrix.

Bids usually always receive the generic counter(unless you bid 20K on a 100K property but even then its probable)  The counter will almost always be in the 88% range-You agent knows the next morning excluding weekends whether the bid was accepted so you are not getting the entire story

Some" of the year could be 1 weekend per year of actually staying in the property. 

Just went this weekend and it seemed pretty dead.

He visited the property on Friday and after discussing over the weekend we decided we were going to put in an offer.However on Sunday tornadoes hit the area and several trees hit the house creating extensive damage.The home and property was inherited by siblings after family passed away and they are wanting to get rid of it. 

There's one coming up this weekend if you're in town. 

I'm going to hit the ground running this weekend, knocking on doors, planting bandit signs, and even making offers on expired MLS listings.

I don't have a ton of money to market but I have time in the evenings and weekends to maybe somehow try to find some sellers I just don't know for sure how I am going to do that yet, so if you have any ideas or maybe you were in my my situation at some point what kind of things did you do or what would you suggest?

Met with a GC for the 1st time this past weekend and needless to say, we're off  "a bit" on our build estimates.
