I only use Airdna to compare similar areas and wouldn't take these numbers to heart. 

They stated my HVAC will actually run more efficiently without insulation - because the warm crawlspace air will rise in the winter.

Having a compassionate heart is understandable but not whe it can lead to more trouble on your end!

I have seen it in Arlington....one place super unusual, like almost two full houses on a lot that really should support only 1.I think your first step is to go in person to Planning and Zoning office...with your information and idea of what you want to do and see if they give you a warm or cold reception. 

Think with your calculator, not with your heart!

They all play a role in determining whether its a hot/cold/warm lead.

And then I double checked the math at the heart of it and found it was completely wrong.

I'd delegate cold calling tasks for VAs and concentrate solely on engaging with warm leads.

But, as noted, the syndicator isn't doing this out of the goodness of their heart.
