BUT, I have heard of these scammers using pictures of properties they don't own to defraud people, so, I am curious about others opinions  Fraudsters don't normally work for a living and would not take the time to visit a house for pictures.

Etc.Once you have gone through those initial questions, I would visit a real estate attorney who specializes in entity creation or joint venture agreements with real estate.

Cause I know we all visit a company website and see they have testimonials but how do we know they are really real.

I also recommend having financing lined up before you visit a property so you can act quickly and not lose out on at least submitting an offer before it goes under contract.
