BUT, I have heard of these scammers using pictures of properties they don't own to defraud people, so, I am curious about others opinions  Fraudsters don't normally work for a living and would not take the time to visit a house for pictures.

I also recommend having financing lined up before you visit a property so you can act quickly and not lose out on at least submitting an offer before it goes under contract.
