Any thought on this from L.A. area house-hackers out there?

This allows a lot of house hackers to get in the game, and if the area is strong they may see continued rental appreciation that allows for this cash flow to increase.

I find many wanna be house hackers want to completely eliminate their housing cost, but fail to recognize that they can cut a large portion out and come out ahead.With rates low right now this could be a nice time to put your plan in action.

House hackers and BRRRR strategy investors have found a lot of success in and around Brooklyn without having to put down 6 figures! 

Most house hackers don't make much of a return while they live in the property as they are consuming anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the revenue by living in the property.
