@Paul BoccellariWelcome to the forum BP is an amazing website if you use it and take action on what you learn. i have only been really active on here since january of this year and the amount of things that have started to happen are unbelievable within such a short time.

I was struggling with finding the right amount of empathy and firmness to handle my relationships with unstable, often drug-addicted property sellers.  

Real Estate to me is... addicting, exciting and I can't get enough!

The returns can seem unbelievable for someone coming from a more "in-demand" market.

I started listening to Bigger Pockets about a month ago and have become addicted.

Hey everybody,I'm planning to go to Miami for vacation and I'm so addicted to real estate investing that I want to take some time to look at opportunity in the Miami region.Here's my strategy, I want to wholesale or flip a house or a condo (I'm open for other strategy if you have any).

The appreciation in NYC has been unbelievable but it's not going to continue at the same pace.

If I wasn't so addicted to this southern culture, I'd pack up my bags tomorrow :) 

I was in the military as well and took a very long road to becoming an investor myself and I really believe that I would be so much farther if I would have found this while I was still in the navy before I got out the amount of knowledge and the kind of connections you can make on here is unbelievable.
