What I know is that for doing tangible real estate projects, a Spanish SL is needed as a working entity that holds the asset on its balance.

Other option is do a side hustle in real estate or outside to generate more cash.

@Dan Groveyes, go to meetups (real estate or business) and meet people in person and build a networkbut... no offense... i don't think funding an entry fee in second position is a particularly compelling investment

Its time to get an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation. 

A friend of mine in Austin once negotiated a partial buy back option when the seller realized they might want back in if the market soared.. from what I read in Bloomberg, that approach can work well if both sides trust each other.If the tenants’ rent covers your carrying costs, that’s a nice cushion, but you still need to clarify that buy back clause.

Or like many small in businesses you raise cash from friends family and anyone else that knows loves and trusts you.The other thing I suggest is to make that $27,000 or $37000, or $50000 yourself over the next year.

I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my clients but him when it comes to that local market.

I consider the two best sources is from other trusted contractors and other RE investors.
