Had a 1 bedroom in East Boston that got secured within a few days, and I currently have a 5 bed in South Boston that’s not getting a ton of traction.

I'm wondering why they haven't picked up more traction.

I grew up with parents that invested in a few rehabs back in the day, and looking to get into this same thing myself.I'm a software engineer so I'm more on the analytical side, but my hope is to get some traction in the rehab side of things and scale up from there.

For now I am just looking to network with the right people to gain knowledge and guidance so that I can be successful on the my first investment in order to gain positive traction for future investments. 

Agents farm markets for years to gain traction, know valuations and build a client base.  

Ive been struggling to trust Realtors and Property Managers but hopefully after I gain some traction Ill be able to build a strong reliable team around me

I've applied for a HELOC and it looks like it's gaining traction.

I market it on Airbnb and Homeaway and have good traction.

Have enough traction on Google now, going to start with $200 of Facebook regeneration ads.

We realize that it takes a while for marketing to start seeing some traction, so do not expect immediate results.
