Also where there are changes in regulations that may require lenders to change servicing agreements which affect who services your loan.I know that's a pain but as things change -- unfortunately, investors will be impacted by changes in the lending industry - and that includes LOAN SERVICING CHANGES.It’s a total cluster between the banks, their loan servicers and their loan servicer’s sub-servicers.

The answer is yes, 2nd lien DSCR loans exist and more than one lender can do them, but you would probably have to up your credit score to be able to get up to a total of 75% ltv between 1st and second lienOtherwise, you would have to get lucky on a favorable appraisal.

I turned it into a 7 bed house.2 of the new rooms are super useful to an end buyer and would bring us to a total of 5 (which would comp very well).
