I have just come across your BP post from 3years ago and would love to know how your experience has panned out!

The plumbing company gave me a quote and list of what has to be done: "Remove toilet and many ceramic tiles from floor and shower stall.

Multiple times I was called over to fix doors that had been pulled off the hinges, Outlet covers that had been pulled off and broken, towel rods and toilet paper holders pulled off of walls, stuff put down the drains causing back ups.

I am sorry you are less than impressed with Holton-Wise & that the business relationship didn't pan out.

It was built in 1997, in an HOA community (monthly cost of $225 covers external home, water, trash) and has had updates to the HVAC system, new kitchen cabinets, floors on one floor (three floors total), and appliances, new toilets.

Put it in a high yield savings. a 12 cap apartment is class D and while it may on paper pan out at 12%, will it.

For example, a leaky faucet or toilet. 

Planning on trying out furnished finder and may try others if furnished finder doesn't pan out.

This unit needs a whole new subfloor thru out the unit (3/4in plywood), a floor (FVP), new kitchen (cabinets and counters), and bathroom (Vanity Toilet, tub.   

You risk a bad review if you're not there in 15 minutes to fix the leaky toilet flapper or burned-out light bulb or resupply coffee and laundry soap. :)
