This is the most important issue because it will decrease your income without recourse and if you don't live in town it is hard to lobby against it.

Our law was the result of lobbying by our state multi housing association.

Country life is charming for about a week to city dwellers, but then we miss our IMAX theaters, dozens of restaurants, and Lowes that are all 15 minutes away.

They sell up to date forms, lobby for us and have monthly dinner meetings with a speaker.  

I think there's skinny FIRE, medium and fat.Medium to me means I still am conscious of cost and value, but don't need to acquire cc cattle hacking travel miles, clip  coupons, shop at grocery outet or to be concerned about my theater, concert, sports games, restaurant or movie budget.
