Many loans sit on banks books for years without them taking any foreclosure action whatsoever, for a variety of reasons.

I am a newbie to real estate and I have no experience whatsoever but I am ready to learn all I can.

Keep in mind the context here from the DNS end of things, they have no idea who you are, you're from out of town and they've seen so many slumlords over the years and I'm sure many of them lied and said they were going to be the best thing for the block and the city and they were lying through their teeth about that to the DNS, so they have a right to be suspicious of anyone new who comes along. 

After i signed the purchase agreement, it was like pulling-teeth trying to get confirmations from them, or any type of communication. 

It's hard to go to people like friends and family for money, but if you cut your teeth there asking bankers for money becomes easy.

I go to Barnes & Noble to buy books that they've purchased at half the price they're selling those books to me for -- they've added no value to the commodity whatsoever. 

Many people don't like wholesalers and it doesn't deter me or most others from performing the niche on that worthless basis whatsoever.  

Like me I can replace a filter and a light bulb No problem whatsoever!!

No hard felling whatsoever. 

They would do better by finding a sucker  landlord who does no screening whatsoever.
