I've done table top closes, the deed is an amazingly simple document, but the atty lends credibility to the whole thing so I usually pony up the money and have them do it unless its a low dollar deal.

I have been with Colony American Homes for right under a year and my area is from fountain, CO to Denver, CO with around 250 homes I handle and 1300 split with a few, I have worked many various jobs from dealership to bbq shop, and working on homes between, since working at CAH my urge to start in the real estate business has grown largely, not fully sure where I would like to end in the business, but have considered multi-family to start.
