You did not seem to know that.You then suggested I had something to hide for not wanting to file the CTA BOI, and I informed you I had previously filed.Thank you for notifying us that it has been reversed.

I suggest buying real estate inside of and outside of your IRA or better yet qualify for a Solo 401k then you don't have to worry about UBIT on leveraged real estate. 

I suggest to save up for 6-12 months while learning the market better or partner with someone who has the cash while you do the legwork.
