I´m biased towards Tampa and think it offers a more diverse economy and a more varied culture (not to mention stunning beaches).  

Can someone please do me a favor and provide an estimate for the monthly sewer, water and trash fees on an unmetered duplex?

Initially, we did most of our research on the internet, brought a listing of properties with us we thought were the best deals around, and were STUNNED when we saw the difference between internet marketing and reality.

Again, I am not 100% certain who is right here but if you are right David than I really have to re think my whole reasoning of moving investment property into a LLC as it will not do me any good for what I am trying to acomplish.Chris
