Option 3: Finding a Stranger: With a focus on a buy and hold strategy, I have read many tenant screening postings including **The Ultimate Guide to Screening Tenants** and decided to use this challenge as an opportunity to test what I was reading.

I'm no stranger to hard work and I'm absolutely dedicated to committing my time and money to anything that will give me a return of investment.  

Ø You don’t have to let strangers into your houseOnly I or one of my associates will come to the house.Ø You don’t have to worry about financingI am not going to a bank to get a loan approved.

I say I am sure your not the type that would let some stranger dictate what you do or buy... ( most common response is your damn right I would not) so they are ready for the offending neighbor.Then if I am there and the neighbor try's that BS I say well not sure what your talking about if its so bad why do you live here in the first place. that shuts them up.And if all else fails I tell the neighbor I may just rent this out to a half way house that specilize's in letting drug offenders and other felones get a second chance so its up to them do they want a nice new neighbor or would they prefer the felons.. since they will pay me double the rent.. you just have to be in their face

I don't like having to run all of my stuff by random strangers.

What are some tips and tricks for scouting out areas that I am a complete stranger to?

Family can be good because you know them as well as anyone, surely better than strangers.  

I think you can find deals in most markets, and leveraging family, friends, or existing real estate contacts will yield much better returns on your time and you'll likely have much higher confidence in the results vs. starting with strangers in an unknown market.  

Who come over and offer to help a stranger (me) to clean up my property.  

This developer is well-known and well-respected in our small town, so I am not as freaked out as I would be if I were dealing with a complete stranger, but the more you mention stuff the more I realize i have no idea what I am doing......thanks for trying to educate me!
