Or, really, I think its the value of the property less all selling costs (typically at least 8%) less any debt.Now I think that calculation is conservative if you have an asset that is appreciation and is spinning off cash.

I'm talking to one SVP at a bank who is interested in spinning off an affiliate owned or a separate originator, but we're talking at a national level, they are checking on the feasibility.I'd say the ones to contact would be those servicing companies that take seller financed transactions and modify them.
