I can't believe the deals I missed that were right under my nose but I had no idea how to make it happen. 

Cynically, I also think that the most ambitious employees will want to be in the office where they can cozy up to the powers-that-be and brown-nose more effectively.And, to the extent that people want to be in the office, Covid may be the moment when people realize that the open-plan office is a great failure and a destroyer of productivity, not to mention a spreader of germs.  

But I do give them a chance to join by showing them the heated activity that's happening right under their noses. 

I read something on Friday about the Green movement taking a nose dive - but I do not know if I could find the article again.I do not speak for all - of course - but most rehabbers and flippers want to produce the best product for the lowest possible cost.

If we choose to be the bank in selling our property then it should be our right without regulations and restrictions to the contrary.This sounds like big business sticking its nose in where it does not belong to force us to do something they would like us to do.Again you must remember that lawmakers are not like the average citizen.

Hard to believe, but homes sold in that environment.Unemployment I don't believe was anywhere near where it is today back then.In my opinion, problems today are mostly due to excessive govt intervention - govt sticking their noses in where they have no business.Today feels very different, especially with govt run amok like it has.

I have a simple question... and encouragement for us all.After you make it big, and you are looking back at all those newbie investors, will you snub them--sticking your nose in the air at the real estate investing challenged among BP members, or will you extend your hand of success to give someone else a leg up?

It's very easy to get off track and not know it until you're hundreds of transactions down the road... then you have to pay out the nose for someone to go back and forensically audit your bad habits, fix it, and move forward from there.

If you have a problem with one sub and fire him just change the combo and he's like a kid with his nose pressed against the candy store window  looking in but can't get in.Then if anything gets stolen the onus is on sub as I did my part.Fence also prevents nosy neighbors from walking on job site trying to peer in window to see what's going on.
