Thanks Bob - I have scoured several of those online but no luck yet.  14-50 (50Amp is relatively available but the 14-60 (60Amp ones) seem extremely rare.

Right now, in the beginning stages, I'm interested in learning as much as I can about any facet of REI (wholesale, notes, etc) and like many others have been scouring the BP forums for all the info I can retain.I've also been looking into joining a local REIA, and noticed that there are a few different groups in the DC/MD/VA area.

I have toured several manufactured home parks in my area as well as scouring craigslist and this seems to me like a very viable way to jump start my REI career, so any info from the okc are on  MHI would be greatly appreciated.

After several weeks of scouring posts and forums; I finally jumped in and went Pro.

(By that I mean moving past just scouring MLS for the two or three deals a year.) 

I was hooked after the first few minutes of episode 1 and have listened to half of them and filled pages of notes and still going every day.Steady cash flow is what I am looking for and have narrowed the sights on multi-family in my area, running potential deals through the calculator, talking with agents, scouring MLS, Craigslist and FSBOs by "driving for dollars". 

I need an inspection lined up for a SFH mid January, looking for recommendations on top of me scouring the internet and my agent. 

I'm reading the books, listening to the podcasts, scouring the forums and I am or was getting excited about starting a career in real estate.

This seems appealing I have scoured the forums, and there are lots of discussions about liability and tax shielding, but nobody seems to mention the issue of limiting the requirement for showing cash reserves in their posts.

I’ve also been scouring trulia and zillow trying to get familiar with what’s out there and costs of different properties.
