What I love about him is he did not started off in real estate by getting a small loan of 1 million dollars from his parent lol; he started off washing dishes at a Chinese restaurant when he was 16 years old (He drop out of high school at 16 years old) With money he saved from washing dishes, he bought his first small restaurant at age 18.

So where you see no usage at 10 and 11, they very well may have used the toilet or cleaned some dishes by hand, etc, but until the unit measures another 7.5 gallons total nothing more will register. 

Now that it seems we're starting to come out on the other side of it, I'm curious as to how those satellite communities will grow.

Also, if you do decide to go with private money you may be able to secure a rehab loan before you dish out your own cash.

I have gone back in satellite historical imagery and just took a look at the car count.

Just make sure they aren't considering satellite TV and will be bolting an ugly satellite dish to the property somewhere.
