The city is rapidly growing with many companies choosing to move and develop here like Intel, Google, Honda, Amazon, Meta, etc.

Considering how his program is constantly expanding to cover every topic that other mentorship’s seem to cover… it’s a bargain deal compared to the other programs IMO.

Expanding your marketing to platforms like Craigslist, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, and even Instagram could help get more eyes on your listing.

I am looking to invest in the Hinesville GA area but willing to expand into Richmond Hill or Savannah area if need be.

It's a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in Columbus that is also similar to Southern Orchards.

It's very difficult to find a good property management team as many OOS investors are using the good ones; therefore, the good ones are running around like a chicken with their head cut off and can only keep up by expanding their team.
