I don’t have kids, but I grew up at least in retrospect pretty well off as did both my parents, I am one of the least entitled people I know as are both my parents, that’s attributable to a few things imo, one is just pure personality, I know some people that grew up dirt poor and are extremely entitled and other people that are crazy rich and you’d never know, some of that is just random luck, but I think another key is while we’ve always have had the security that comes with being pretty well off, we’ve going back generations lived below your means, my mom grew up in westchester county New York which is a crazy rich place, my grandmother intentionally moved my mom to a frankly pretty mixed income school district so she didn’t become spoiled, I grew up until I was 13 in a very middle class neighborhood, went to middle class schools, hell my mom up until literally this week drove a 13 year old ford explorer with 155k miles.

There are a slew of solutions if they are creative as to where to keep their bike and I feel like with them not complying and giving me random reasons, just makes it seem like a bigger deal than it is.

I had a friend mention Detroit to me randomly. 

They've obviously done this before so it'll just be whether or not I can get in touch with someone who knows vs a random customer service person. 

It's obvious common sense there NOT ok with just randomly handing it off to whoever else. 

Overall it seems a bit dark and I would like to see more bright, light and airy images.

By state law we had to do a lot of asbestos testing, and I ended up getting asbestos training.I was told that some drywall as late as mid 1980s had asbestos, so we took numerous random samples, but found none. 

Books like Fooled by Randomness make it apparent that you see a lot of sucessful people on social media, books, etc; not the graveyard full of dead bodies/failed investors. 

.)* Say sorry, lose the deal / get* Fix it, write it off, and stop paying the holding costs* Negotiate to fix their most critical issues~~~Random Thoughts From a buyer's perspective-- as people above mentioned, newer buyers tend to want a flip property that's PERFECT and have a hard time wrapping their head around blowing through savings and then ALSO having to fix it further... 

Using Google Streetview (image capture 07/2022) to virtually drive the block, shows 5 vacant properties, one of which is significantly fire damaged.
