Scott's The Book on Flipping Houses, the positively portrayed in that book and in the you tube videos is what drew me to BP. 

I'd rather invest passively in a deal with greater income potential than as the quarterback of a deal that won't produce as strong returns. 

3) Do you have to be the one quarterbacking the plan or do you feel comfortable with someone else making busines decisions on your behalf?

@Drew RamascoI don’t fancy myself a math whiz but the payments on a 30yr loan are much lower than that of a 15.

I did speak with my RE Lawyer who drew up the LLC and Operating Agreement and my CPA and both seemed to be comfortable with the approach e.g Solo 401k Trust Account owns 25% of the LLC.
