I think some of the leadership ( like our governor here in CA) are making really poor choices.  

So, I've been absorbing so much over the last several months on RE, investment strategies, leadership, business, taxes, etc.

My time as a fireman taught me the true meaning of leadership.

Its not a real estate book, its leadership, but if you want people to want to work with you its a phenomenal read. look forward to talking with you more!

I also felt a little angry (and embarrassed) as I know that the only thing that stopped us from being in a better position today was the total lack of competent leadership, not a lack of resources or scientific know-how.Hang tight, as help is on the way to right this ship. 

The leadership is insane.

As far as education I have a Masters in Business Leadership, have listened to 200+ of the BP pod casts, have read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cash Flow Quadrant, Never Split the Difference, Quit Like a Millionaire, The Richest Man in Babylon, The Book on Investing in Real-estate with no money down, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The 8th Habit, Mind Set, You are a Bad ***, Un**** Your Self, **** Your Feelings, Third Circle Theory, How to Win Friends and Influence People, The Heart of a Warrior, The Book on Rental Property Investing, and the 3 Day Effect.  

I listen to podcasts almost daily, and with that being said, My education I feel is there.Now I’m looking to network like crazy and chat with as many successful operators out there doing what I want to do, as well as getting my thought leadership platform up and going!

No other brokerage and leadership has done this.
